We are a socially responsible company, dedicated to the cultivation, production, transformation, marketing and innovation of organic foods (maca, quinoa, cocoa). Our work begins with the greatest respect for ancestral agricultural knowledge, love and care for our mother earth, the historical cultural practice of our peoples; as is the labeling of more than 4,000 years of history, nature and culture in our Native Andean Maca.

KNOW OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Process 1
Sowing and harvesting: At more than 4105 meters above sea level, till the land, to carry out a broadcast seeding; after 9 months to carry out the harvest.
Process 2
Natural drying: During the day, expose the fresh maca to the sun’s rays, at night cover the maca with blankets, to protect from frost. This process will modify the biochemical composition, achieving qualities that as fresh maca it would not have.
Process 3
Moliena: Carry out the weighing, washing, disinfection, rinsing, mincing, dehydration, grinding and sieving.
Process 4
Packaging: filled and weighed in 10 kg bags, to be placed in 20 kg master boxes.
